Bel Paese Mix® – Preparation for Bread and Pizza: Basic gluten free pizza recipe
- 500 g Bel paese Mix® Mix for Bread and Pizza
- 350 ml Water
- 20 g extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
- 10 g fresh brewer’s yeast.
- 10 g salt
Dissolve the yeast in the water and add the Bel Paese Mix® Mix for Bread and Pizza, salt and the oil afterwards. Knead until an elastic dough is obtained and let it rest for 10 minutes. Shape out 250 g balls and spread them out. Put them on a greased baking tray and let them rise for about 1 hour.
Fill the balls as you like, bake them for about 15 minutes at 230° C.
