Bel paese Mix® – Preparations for Bread and Pizza: Basic gluten free bread recipe


  • 500 g Mix for Bread and Pizza Bel paese Mix®
  • 350 g warm water
  • 10 g salt
  • 20 g extra-virgin olive oil (optional) 
  • 10 g fresh brewer’s yeast


Melt the yeast in the water and add the Bel Paese Mix® Mix for Bread and Pizza, the salt and the oil afterwards. Knead until an elastic dough is obtained and let it rest for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture onto a floured board and form a ball. Put it in a container, cover with a cloth and let it rise for two hours at room temperature. Gently pour the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let it rise again for half hour, then bake it at 200° C for about 50 minutes.
