Red Lentil flour La Veronese®
La Veronese® gluten free, Red Lentil flour is obtained from grinding red lentils selected, farmed and dried only in Italy. Rich in protein and very low on fat, this flour is particularly suited to low calorie diets. Also worthy of note are the significant presence of minerals such as potassium, phosphorous, magnesium and calcium. Ideally suited to the preparation of creams and soups, it can be used like traditional flour in a variety of ways: to make pasta, omelettes, meatballs, vegetarian burgers and other fancy sweet or savoury recipes.
