Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl and add La Veronese® Whole Oat Flakes, mixing well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add the raisins, pumpkin seeds, and grated carrots to the mixture and stir.
Incorporate the almond butter and hemp seeds, making sure all ingredients are well combined.
Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. With slightly damp hands, form small balls of dough and place them on the tray, flattening them slightly to shape the cookies.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes until the cookies are golden.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool before enjoying.
