Prepare a stevia leaf herbal tea using 2 tablespoons of leaves in 450 ml of water and bring to a boil.
Add unsweetened plant-based milk, pour in the Yellow or White Quick Polenta flour from La Veronese®, and stir well until it thickens.
Add the grapes and pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Sprinkle the surface with almond flour and press lightly with your hands to make it adhere well.
Let it cool completely or wait at least an hour before baking.
Bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes, until the cake is golden and firm.
