To make these delicious low-carb pancakes, follow this simple method.
Start by adding washed and chopped Swiss chard, previously ground flax seeds, egg whites, and La Veronese® Pea Flour to a blender. Blend everything until you get a smooth, lump-free batter with a slightly liquid consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan and add a little extra virgin olive oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking. Use a spoon to pour the batter into the pan, forming neat circles for your pancakes.
For even and fluffy cooking, cover with a lid and cook the pancakes until they reach the desired golden color.
