Weigh all ingredients separately and melt the chocolate in a small saucepan.
Make an emulsion with sunflower oil and water, then add the sugar and all flours, sifting the baking powder together with the cocoa.
Grease a mold with sunflower oil and almond slivers. Pour the batter until about 2/3 of the mold’s height and bake in a ventilated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15–20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and decorate the center with berry sauce and mixed berries.
