Bel Paese Mix® – Preparation for gluten free Gnocchi: Gnocchi basic recipe
- 500 g Bel Paese Mix® Mix for Gnocchi;
- 5 g salt
- about 700 ml warm water;
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil;
- 1 whole egg (optional)
Mix the ingredients and knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Shape out the gnocchi and pour them into boiling salted water until they rise to the surface again.
