In a bowl, pour La Veronese® Quinoa Flour, water, and EVOO. Add your preferred seeds and spices, along with a pinch of salt.
Once done, mix all the ingredients and knead energetically until you get a soft dough. Roll out the dough on a baking tray and cut it into rectangles. Then prick them with a fork and sprinkle additional seeds, rosemary, and coarse salt on top.
Finally, bake everything at 220°C (428°F) in a ventilated oven. When they turn golden, your crackers are ready!
