Description

La Veronese gluten free, pea flour is obtained from grinding organic peas selected, farmed and dried only in Italy.
An excellent source of protein and carbohydrates, this flour is low on fat, with good levels of potassium, phosphorous and iron.
Traditionally employed to make soups and particularly liked because of its natural sweetness, La Veronese gluten free, pea flour is highly versatile and can be used in the preparation of both sweet and savoury recipes, focaccia, bread, pizza, quiches, gnocchi or tagliatelle, omelettes, ice cream.  Excellent for vegan meatballs and sausages.
