White Quick Polenta

Since its creation, White Quick Polenta flour has become a source of pride for La Veronese® production. White Quick Polenta, the only non-precooked polenta flour that delivers the full, surprising taste of traditionally cooked polenta in less than 5 minutes.
Delicious, healthy, hypoallergenic, and gluten-free, White Quick Polenta flour is made from carefully selected Italian yellow and white corn.
To cook 500 g of polenta, you need approximately 2.5 liters of water and one teaspoon of coarse salt. When the water boils, remove from heat and gradually sprinkle in the flour, using a whisk to prevent lumps. Return to moderate heat and continue cooking for at least 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Serve hot with your preferred topping.
For softer or firmer polenta, adjust the quantity of water or flour during cooking.
