COOKING TIPS:
Serves 8: 2.5 liters of water, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 500g of La Veronese® “Storica” flour.
Instructions:
- Salt the water and bring it to a boil
- Remove the water from the heat
- Slowly pour in the flour, stirring thoroughly to avoid lumps
- Return to the heat and bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve piping hot.
Try the amount of flour or water for a thicker or thinner polenta.
