With this flour, you can prepare a perfect Polenta Taragna in just 5 minutes, soft, flavorful, and true to the Valtellina tradition.
Made from a blend of corn flour and buckwheat flour, the original recipe calls for a rich addition of butter and cheese, mixed directly into the polenta during the final stages of cooking.

COOKING TIPS:

 For 8 servings:

  • Water: 2.5 liters
  • Salt: ½ tablespoon
  • “Polenta Taragna” flour: 500 g

Instructions:

  •  Salt and bring the water to a boil.
  •  Remove from heat.
  • Slowly pour in the flour while stirring carefully to avoid lumps.
  • Return to the heat and bring back to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with butter and cheese to taste and serve hot.
