Wash and cut the zucchini into cubes. In a pan with olive oil and a bit of butter, sauté the garlic until golden, then add the zucchini and cook until lightly browned. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
For the polenta: Bring 1 liter of water to a boil, add salt, and gradually pour in the cornmeal while whisking vigorously. Continue cooking for about 40 minutes.
Once cooked, pour the polenta into a baking dish in a layer about 4 cm thick. Sprinkle half of the grated Grana cheese, spread the zucchini over it, and top with the remaining cheese. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake until golden. Remove from the oven and serve by cutting into squares.
