The Gluten Free Expo 2017 has come to a close with great satisfaction for La Veronese®. This year’s large audience visited our stand and showed strong interest in our products, especially thanks to the numerous show-cooking events with chefs Marcello Ferrarini and Stefano Supplizi.
The greatest surprise and satisfaction came with the victory of our Polenta Veloce®, awarded in the category “Best Flour and Mix” at the very first edition of Premio Senza—the first independent award dedicated to Italian food products for people with intolerances.
The prize was awarded by a jury of over 30 experts in the field of food intolerances, who carried out thorough product evaluations: sensory analysis, ingredient quality, and—last but not least—the packaging.
