In a bowl, mix the blended apple-pear with the La Veronese® Whole Oat Flakes and chia seeds. Cover and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight so the chia seeds can absorb the liquid and the mixture becomes more compact.
The next day, add the almond flour and one cup of oat flakes until you obtain a soft but moldable dough. Shape small cookies and decorate them with a few pieces of apple-pear and a pinch of cinnamon.
Cook them in an air fryer at 175°C (347°F) for about 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure they brown evenly on both sides.
The result is golden, fragrant, and light cookies, ideal for a healthy breakfast or a fiber-rich, flavorful snack.
