In a bowl, pour the Pea Flour from La Veronese®, add the water, and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter. Cover the bowl and let it rest for at least 4 hours.
Add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Grease a baking dish with another 3 tablespoons of olive oil, spreading it evenly over the surface, then pour in the batter.
Slice a red onion into rings and decorate the flatbread as desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden and crispy at the edges.
