Combine La Veronese® Whole Oat Flakes, ground flaxseeds, and water in a small saucepan. Turn the heat to low and stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
Once the dough becomes compact, transfer it to a work surface and let it cool for a few minutes.
Then, using a knife, cut the dough into equally sized pieces and roll them out into circular shapes. Alternatively, place each piece between two sheets of parchment paper and press them using the bottom of a saucepan with a diameter of at least 15 cm.
Cook the tortillas in a pan over medium heat until they puff up. Serve warm and fill with your preferred ingredients.
