Preparation

The recipe for these puddings is very simple. Just pour the ingredients for any of the three versions into a small container and leave them in the fridge overnight to achieve the perfect consistency.

Here are three delicious variations:

1. Green Version: Matcha, Avocado, and Pistachio

  • Whole Oat Flakes – 30 g
  • Plant-based Milk – 90 ml
  • Chia Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Matcha – 1 tsp

Topping:

  • Avocado – 1/2
  • Pistachio Butter – 1 tsp
  • Plant-based Milk – as needed
  • Honey – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Pistachios

2. Brown Version: Chicory and Carob Cream

  • Whole Oat Flakes – 30 g
  • Plant-based Milk – 90 ml
  • Chia Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Soluble Chicory – 1 tsp

Topping:

  • Carob Cream

3. Blue Version: Yogurt and Blueberries

  • Whole Oat Flakes – 30 g
  • Plant-based Milk – 80 ml
  • Plant-based Yogurt – 1 tbsp
  • Chia Seeds – 1 tsp

Topping:

  • Fresh Blueberries
