Five new products with the same care as always

We’ve expanded our pantry with four new products designed for those who seek variety, quality, and naturalness in their cooking.

Two of these new arrivals, Organic Hulled Sorghum Flour and Organic Hulled Sorghum Flakes, are the result of in-depth research carried out with the support of Monia Caramma, an expert in whole grains and food sustainability.

The sorghum we use is Italian, organic, and naturally gluten-free, carefully selected to offer the best in digestibility, nutritional value, and versatility.

Completing the line are two new polenta options:

  • Rice Polenta, with a delicate flavor and ready in 20 minutes, and
  • Instant Taragna Polenta, made with corn and buckwheat, perfect for those who love rustic flavors and want to bring them to the table in just a few minutes.
  • Historic Polenta, to bring the authentic taste of tradition to your table.

Like all our products, these new additions are naturally gluten-free, crafted to offer you variety and convenience in every season.
