Our story has always combined tradition and modernity in order to develop gluten-free products that are safe and of high quality. Today, all La Veronese® products are gluten-free, hypoallergenic, good, and healthy, and are the result of a supply chain that is entirely GMO-free and strictly controlled.
Moreover, two elements that have always characterised our path are intellectual honesty and consistency in our strategic actions. This has led us to build strong, trusting relationships with our suppliers and, thanks to them, we have brought genuine and truly innovative foods into people’s homes.
Our goal is to build awareness around gluten-free products and show that living gluten-free does not have to be about deprivation or giving up the foods we love. We desire to bring to the tables of people who care about wellbeing—and are passionate about good cooking—products that are tasty, easy to use, and genuine.
We want to communicate gluten-free goodness as an experience suitable for everyone who is attentive to the quality of their raw materials and ingredient safety, but who also loves experimenting with home cooking.
