Combine La Veronese® legume flour, plant-based yogurt, and water in a pot. Bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly.
Continue stirring for a few minutes after boiling until the mixture solidifies.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with your favorite spices. Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least one night.
