We are excited to announce that La Veronese® will participate in “Eretici”, the convention focused on food sovereignty and the connection between human, animal, and environmental health, taking place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Fondazione Riccardo Catella in Milan.
Who are the Eretici?
The Eretici are farmers and producers who choose to invest their energy in authentic crops that grow in harmony with the land. Among these is sorghum, an ancient grain, naturally resilient and suitable for even the most challenging soils where other crops fail. Their choice is concrete, rejecting industrial shortcuts and promoting a healthier food system for people and a more sustainable model for the environment.
On the ground floor, the producers’ market will be held, offering the opportunity to meet the companies promoting sustainability. La Veronese® will be there with our products, sharing our commitment to agriculture that values quality, biodiversity, and direct relationships. Access to the market is free.
On the upper floor, the convention will host six distinguished speakers, including Monia Caramma, creator of the “Eretici” project, which for over ten years has brought together farmers, producers, and processors dedicated to spreading the culture of healthy, authentic, and sustainable food.
