It’s almost time—the Polenta Festival is about to begin, and the La Veronese gluten-free kitchen is more ready than ever with a delicious menu, giving everyone the chance to enjoy the festivities!
For first courses, there will be caserecce corn pasta served with the “eccentric” sauce created by chef Marcello Ferrarini, which he will present at the evening’s show-cooking. The “pastissada de caval” will be offered as an alternative sauce.
Next up, the star of the festival: polenta made with La Veronese® gluten-free Polenta Veloce® corn flour, accompanied by classic Baccalà alla Vicentina, a succulent pastissada de caval, or a tender braised beef with friarielli.
To finish the menu, two truly irresistible spoon desserts: a “Dolce Sorriso” cheesecake and a “Dolce Passione” tiramisù—two artisan single-serve treats.
And, of course, everything is strictly gluten-free!
