Flour Production Operator

The selected candidate will join the work team responsible for managing, together with colleagues and supervisors, the production lines—from the arrival of raw materials to the production of milled products.
 Availability to work in 3 shifts is required, as well as a willingness to learn new work methods and related technologies in line with Industry 4.0 principles.

Work location: Castelbelforte, Province of Mantua, Italy.

Requirements

To expand our internal staff, we are looking for a FLOUR PRODUCTION OPERATOR – ASPIRING MILLER for our Castelbelforte (MN) location.

We are seeking a candidate who wants to grow alongside the company and aims to learn and take on the role of a miller. Is it you?

We offer direct hire with the company. Compensation and employment level will be commensurate with previous experience and the technical skills of the selected candidate.

We require:

• Experience in managing flour production plants or similar facilities
• Basic knowledge of electromechanical systems
• Curiosity, precision, and a problem-solving mindset for operational issues
• Ability to organize work activities efficiently
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to monitor and control automated equipment
• Familiarity with computer tools
• Attention to order and cleanliness in the workplace
• Tenacity and determination in handling issues related to automated flour production systems
• Technical/professional diploma is a plus
