Waffles with Gluten-Free Oat Flour

Preparation

 To prepare the waffles, combine 260 g of apple with 100 g of La Veronese® Oat Flour using a blender. Once you achieve the desired consistency, pour the mixture onto the waffle iron. Cook for a few minutes, and as soon as they reach the desired golden color, your gluten-free waffles are ready.

 To prepare the waffles, combine 260 g of pear with 80 g of La Veronese® Rice Flour using a blender. Once you achieve the desired consistency, pour the mixture onto the waffle iron. Cook for a few minutes, and as soon as they reach the desired golden color, your gluten-free waffles are ready.

 To prepare the waffles, combine 260 g of apple with 70 g of La Veronese® Lentil Flour using a blender. Once you achieve the desired consistency, pour the mixture onto the waffle iron. Cook for a few minutes, and as soon as they reach the desired golden color, your gluten-free waffles are ready.
