Preparation

 Weigh the La Veronese® Lentil Flour and pour it into a bowl, then add water and whisk until all lumps are removed.

Next, add an egg and a pinch of salt to the mixture and continue stirring to combine all the ingredients.

For cooking, prepare a pan with a little oil evenly spread across the surface, then pour the crêpe batter with a ladle, forming the desired shape. When the crêpe turns golden, it is ready.

Fill it with your favorite ingredients. We suggest a version with pancetta, arugula, shaved pecorino, and a touch of lemon.
