Preparation

 In a bowl, whisk three eggs and add 2 tablespoons of La Veronese® Amaranth Flour. Mix until smooth and lump-free.

Grease the waffle maker with butter to prevent sticking.

Using a ladle, pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook for a few minutes until golden.

Once ready, you can enjoy them with either sweet or savory pairings.
