To prepare the gluten-free protein pancakes, pour La Veronese® Whole Oat Flakes, egg whites, peanut butter, and honey into a bowl.
Mix the ingredients using a whisk and add the milk. Stir again until you obtain a smooth, uniform batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with a piece of kitchen paper. Use a ladle to pour and spread the batter, letting it cook for a couple of minutes without touching it. Flip the pancake when it is easy to turn.
As the pancakes are ready, place them on a plate and garnish as desired. La Veronese® recommends serving them warm with berries, nuts, and honey.
