This year, we will be at Polagra Food Fair in the Gastro Pavilion. We’ll be among the very few participating companies which specialize entirely in Gluten-Free products. At this time, we’ll introduce our visitors to our new product line and, in particular, we’ll have visitors sample Gluten-Free bread, pizza, and sweets, prepared on location with the flours of our Bel Paese Mix line.
