Since 1930 we have devoted ourselves to the production of corn and rice flour, maintaining a craftsmanship sensitivity in our work and in how we relate to those before and after us in the supply chain. We are a gluten-free company that continuously invests in its gluten-free products, in technology, and in research and development.

Our origins

From when our grandparents opened the old mill, we have always done one thing only: grind the best of what the land offers to produce top-quality gluten-free foods.

Today La Veronese® has become a benchmark among producers of gluten-free flours and produces gluten-free flours using high-quality raw materials both for B2C customers and for B2B. Our goal is the same as always: to offer safe products for celiacs and for people with food intolerances, in a continuously growing market that demands assurance.
