Since 1930 we have devoted ourselves to the production of corn and rice flour, maintaining a craftsmanship sensitivity in our work and in how we relate to those before and after us in the supply chain. From when our grandparents opened the old mill, we have always done one thing only: grind the best of what the land offers to produce top-quality gluten-free foods.
Today La Veronese® has become a benchmark among producers of gluten-free flours and produces gluten-free flours using high-quality raw materials both for B2C customers and for B2B.
