Gluten-Free Bread

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Bel Paese Mix® Bread and Pizza – La Veronese®
  • 350 g lukewarm water
  • 10 g salt
  • 20 g extra virgin olive oil (optional)
  • 10 g fresh brewer’s yeast

Preparation:
Dissolve the yeast in the water and add the Mix, salt, and only afterward the oil.
Knead until you obtain an elastic dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Place the dough on a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
Put it in a container, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for two hours at room temperature.
Gently transfer the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. After another half-hour of rising, bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 50 minutes.
