Collection of Recipes 2017 The Veronese®

Again this year is reconfirmed the appointment in La Veronese’s  Kitchen with sixteen new recipes without gluten signed by Marcello Ferrarini. Appetizers, finger food, first courses and desserts all made using mainly products by La Veronese®.

So many suggestions of taste and fantasy to use our traditional flour, but not only: our new products include an innovative pasta mix, a mix of bread and a sweet mix, in addition to grain legumes. A further deliciousness adds to the wide range of our gluten free offer.
