To prepare the batter, pour La Veronese® Chickpea Flour and Rice Flour into a bowl, then add water, oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix until all lumps are removed.
Next, slice a fruit of your choice into thin pieces and dip each piece into the batter. Arrange the slices side by side on a baking tray and drizzle a little oil over the surface.
Finally, cook at 190°C (374°F) for 20–30 minutes in an air fryer, turning the slices halfway through to ensure even cooking on both sides. Once they reach the desired crispness on top and bottom, your battered fruit is ready to serve!
