Bel paese Mix® – Preparation for Cocoa Sweets: Cocoa Cake basic recipe

Ingredients:

  • 180 g Bel Paese Mix® Mix for Cocoa Sweets
  • 120 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 ml fresh whole milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg whites

 

Preparation:

Pour the eggs, egg whites and sugar into a bowl. Whip everything until it becomes a homogeneous and foamy mixture. Add the butter previously melted in a waterbath and then the milk. Mix gently with a hand whisk. Add the Bel Paese Mix® Mix for Cocoa Sweets taking care to make the mixture homogeneous. Pour it in some oven molds or in a cake pan (diameter 20-22 cm) greased or lined with baking paper. Bake it in a pre-heated oven to 180° C for about 20 minutes. Remove it from the oven and once cooled, remove the cake from the mold and sprinkle with icing sugar.
